You can see our full schedule here: Full Event Schedule. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Venmo. No checks or Amex.

Do I need a ticket to shop the event?

Nope! Our paid and free tickets only apply to Pre-Sale days. No ticket or pass is required when we're open to the public! Full Event Schedule

Can I bring my child with me?

Pre-Sale Days: We strongly encourage you to leave your littles with a caregiver for our Pre-Sale days, however children will not be turned away at the door. We recommend strollers and/or baby wearing. Children over the age of 12 will count as a guest during Pre-Sale.

How do I carry my items while shopping?

We have a limited number of shopping carts and reusable bags, so we encourage you to bring your own a reusable bags, a wagon, etc...

Does my guest have to be with me at the door or can they come later?

Your guest may arrive at a later time, we simply ask you meet them at the door when they arrive.

Can I use my ticket/pass at a later time?

Yes, any ticket or pass that you hold will work at the door from the stated entry time thru the duration of Pre-Sale days.

I lost my ticket/pass, how do I enter?

Ticket holders may visit the box office when they arrive to reclaim ticket. If you are a consignor, we will look up your consignor number at the door & ask for a photo ID.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Select-a-Seat is responsible for facilitating all ticket sales and refunds. Please contact them at 316-755-SEAT.
